Benn Flores is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel since June 2017, Benn previously held the position of Duty Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts from December 2012 to June 2017. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at ONYX Hospitality Group for a brief period in 2012, and Senior Client Service Executive at Compass Offices from June 2010 to May 2012. Benn began the hospitality journey at Marco Polo Hotels Group as a Senior Guest Service Officer from August 2003 to June 2010, and prior to that, worked as a Front Desk Clerk at JW Marriott from July 1996 to February 2003.
