Kain Chow serves as the General Manager of Technology & Transformation and Head of Group Technology Strategy at New World Development Company Limited, where responsibilities include crafting the overall technology roadmap and driving strategic initiatives for technology adoption across various industries. Previously, Kain held leadership roles in technology project management at K11 Concepts Limited and spearheaded digital transformation at Great Eagle Holdings Limited, focusing on enhancing marketing automation and customer experiences. Earlier experience includes serving as a Digital Transformation Manager at Accenture, where Kain initiated digital transformation plans for diverse industries, and as a Project Management & Consulting Manager at HKT Teleservices, overseeing IT&T and IoT projects. Kain graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from City University of Hong Kong.
