Yuriy Balitskyy has been working in the hospitality industry since 2015. Yuriy began their career at Chopin Boutique B&B as a Front Desk Representative in 2015. In 2018, they joined New Work as a Country Operations Manager and later took on the role of Operations Team Leader.

Yuriy Balitskyy obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie between 2011 and 2014.
