Christy McClendon is an experienced professional in the fields of coaching and youth empowerment, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Western Kentucky University and Mentor Coach at New Ventures West since January 2022. As the Principal at Life-Integrity Coaching and Consulting, established in January 2019, Christy McClendon focuses on compassionate, client-centered care and supports individuals and teams in achieving their best selves. Previously, Christy McClendon held key leadership roles, including President/CEO of New Pathways for Youth from 2013 to 2021, President of Educare Arizona in 2012-2013, Chief Executive Officer of ICAN from 2005 to 2011, and Director at Florence Crittenton Services of Arizona from 2000 to 2004. Christy McClendon holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Spalding University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University.
