Isabella Fermin is a dedicated mental health professional currently employed as a Substance Abuse Counselor at New Season since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Assessment Specialist at Personal Enrichment Through Mental Health Services and as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Facilitator at Lotus Community Corp. Isabella also worked as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line, providing essential stabilization support during crises and developing safety plans. Earlier roles include Assistant Preschool Teacher at Preschool for Creative Learning at USF and Front Desk Attendant at INTO University of South Florida.
