Robert Bongiorni began their work experience in 2000 at IBM, where they served as a System Support Specialist until 2007. In 2007, they joined the City of New Rochelle as a System Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Senior System Engineer in 2013. Currently, Robert holds the position of Executive Director of Information Technology at the City of New Rochelle.

Robert Bongiorni began their education in 1996 at Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science. Robert obtained a certification in USCG Master License 50 GRT + Commercial Towing from the U.S. Coast Guard in May 2007.
