Sarthak Gupta is an experienced product manager currently serving as a Senior Product Manager - AI at New Relic since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sarthak worked at Yellow.ai from September 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the Contained Resolution Rate (CRR) metric and mentoring junior product managers. Sarthak has a background in product management and operations, having also been a founding team member at F5, where the focus was on digitizing micro-retail stores, and the founder of Sarujj Traders, which specialized in international recyclable steel imports. Sarthak began a career in software development at Nagarro, building web applications and earning recognition for contributions. Sarthak holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar.
