Krystle Portocarrero serves as the Director of Security Product Management at New Relic, Inc. since May 2023. With extensive experience, Krystle has held the role of Vice President at Training Experts, Inc. since June 2011, managing daily business operations, vendor relationships, client requests, and course development, alongside teaching various courses. Previous positions include Product Manager for DC and Cloud Security and Advanced Threat at Juniper Networks from November 2016 to May 2023, focusing on security for US Federal agencies, and President at Amalgam Inc. from January 2013 to January 2016. Earlier experience as Team Manager at Stream Global Services involved supervising call center operations and managing a team of at least 15 agents. Krystle Portocarrero earned a degree in Glass and Sculpture from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008.
