Mark Shimizu has extensive work experience in the entertainment industry, specifically in global distribution and financial analysis.
Mark began their career at CSC Consulting as an Associate Consultant from 1999 to 2000.
Mark then worked at Nissan as a Financial Analyst from 2005 to 2006, where they performed financial analysis on sales and marketing programs.
Mark joined Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment in 2006 as a Senior Manager, Trade Marketing. Mark was responsible for profit delivery, strategic positioning, and marketing execution for the Live Action DVD and Blu-Ray Catalog.
In 2008, they joined Paramount Pictures as a Director of FP&A, Worldwide TV. Mark provided financial deal analysis support and played a role in expanding the licensing business into new technologies.

Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, Global Distribution. In this role, they develop and executes strategic plans for post-theatrical distribution, manages international sales and working relationships with licensing partners.
