Kalynn Smith is a Partner at New Providence Acquisition Corp. II, a $250 million SPAC formed for business combinations, since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Banker at Pacific Western Bank, where non-dilutive growth capital solutions were structured for early and growth stage businesses, and as an Associate at Cypress Growth Capital, the largest royalty-based growth capital firm in the U.S. Kalynn holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship, and a BBA from Concordia University Texas. Notable leadership roles include President and Treasurer of the Entrepreneurship Club and Vice President of Women In Business during graduate studies.
