Hemashree Kakar is a Technical Project Manager at Baltic Power since November 2021, focusing on stakeholder collaboration regarding WTG and FOU DES technical scope and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Additionally, Hemashree is the Co-Founder of SoilSphere and serves as a Junior Project Manager at New Power Partners, where responsibilities include technical project management in wave energy production and conducting feasibility studies for offshore wind farms. Hemashree's previous experience includes a Master Thesis role at Siemens Gamesa, a Trainee Mechanical Engineer position at Varaha Infra Ltd. in India, and a Research Intern role at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Hemashree holds multiple master's degrees in Management and Engineering of Environment and Energy from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, IMT Atlantique, and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University.
