Janna Leeper, A Licensed Independent Social Worker for Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital, has served on the New Philadelphia City School’s Board of Education for 2 years. Ms. Leeper is a trauma specialist and trained in EMDR, and provides supervision and guidance to individuals seeking their independent licensure. Janna is a member of Faith Christian Church, volunteers at South Elementary and participates in numerous activities with her children.

Janna is described by Superintendent Mr. David Brand as “an advocate for the whole child. Ms. Leeper brings a great perspective to our board of education that has helped the district grow towards its goal of a personalized experience for each child. Her wisdom and compassion make her an exceptional board member."
