Meredith Fleming, MA, RD, LDN, currently serves as a Sports Dietitian Assistant for the New Orleans Saints, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Meredith held roles as a Clinical Dietetic Intern at Hillcrest HealthCare System and as a Sports Nutrition Intern at Exos and the University of Oklahoma, where support was provided to athletic programs, particularly in men's football and basketball. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Health and Exercise Science and Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma.
