Alwin Filius is a management consultant at New Nexus since January 2024, with prior experience as a Scrummaster and Product Owner at BEBR from August 2022 to January 2024. During a dual role at Ruber Acia Subsidieadvies from November 2020 to August 2022, Alwin Filius worked as a subsidy advisor and product owner focused on innovation and IT, managing project guidance and grant applications for technology projects. Additional roles include subsidy advisor for Technical Innovation & IT at WBSOkantoor, and a series of teaching positions in physical education at various colleges between 2011 and 2020. Alwin Filius holds a Master's degree in Educational Effectiveness and Instructional Design from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Applied Science in ALO from Hanze.
