Tricia Last is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at New Mountain Capital since August 2017, Tricia has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to this, Tricia worked at Siguler Guff & Company for nearly four years as Vice President, Human Resources Manager, and other HR positions. Tricia's earlier career includes roles at Gruss & Co. as a Human Resources Assistant and significant experience at Aetna as a Medical and Disability Specialist. Tricia began the professional journey at Battleground Urgent Care and Advanced Home Care. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 2006.
