Louis Vega is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at Dow since 2003, currently serving as President overseeing the company’s largest region, managing 18,000 employees and $15.5 billion in revenue. Previous roles include Vice President of Government Affairs & Advocacy, where strategic engagement with governmental stakeholders was facilitated, and President of Dow Australia & New Zealand, responsible for operations and growth strategies. Louis also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, managing high-level communications and strategic initiatives. Additional roles within Dow included directing corporate reputation and operations across various regions. Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from New Mexico State University and is actively involved in various boards, including the New Mexico State University Foundation and the National Building Museum.
