Charles O. has a significant military background with the US Army from April 2009 to October 2019, contributing to the development of intelligence architecture and operational tracking. Charles O. holds a degree in Intelligence and National Securities Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Military Intelligence from Cochise College.
