Cruz Castillo, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Continuing Education at New Mexico Junior College since March 2023. Prior to this role, Cruz held various positions at the University of the Southwest from January 2018 to March 2023, including Director of Operations for the College of Education, Director of Undergraduate Admissions, and Administrative Assistant. Earlier experience includes serving as RTA Supervisor and RTA at the Guidance Center of Lea County, Inc. from December 2016 to January 2018, and as Front Desk Staff at Planet Fitness from January 2016 to September 2016. Cruz holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Southwest, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
