Charles Dickerson, PE has an extensive background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at STV Group, Incorporated since January 2018, Charles also holds the position of Chief, Construction & Project Management at NJ TRANSIT, where Charles oversees all Capital Design and Construction projects. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy, Charles has held various leadership positions in engineering and construction throughout their career.
