Katherine Krishtopa is a dedicated student and professional, currently serving as a High School Research Intern at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since June 2022 and as a Founding Member of the NJ Legislative Youth Council at the New Jersey Senate Democratic Office since November 2022. Previously, Katherine worked as a Ski Instructor for the Olympic Regional Development Authority, engaging children aged 5 to 7 in skill development from basic to advanced skiing techniques. Katherine also contributed as an Executive Mentee and Website Editor for the Law Association for Crimes Across History, a non-profit focused on accessible mock trials, and was recognized as a 2023 STEM Scholar in the Governor's STEM Scholars program, which selects top students in New Jersey. Katherine is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Cornell University, building on a strong academic foundation from The Pingry School and Columbia University.
