Robert Chrenowski is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at New Jersey Resources since July 2015, Robert actively provides HR services and support aligned with team goals. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Domaine Select Wine Estates, where Robert established the inaugural HR Department, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Distinctive Personnel, focusing on business development and client relations. Robert has also held HR leadership roles at MKTG INC, Alvarez and Marsal, Betah Associates, and Hughes Network Systems, achieving significant improvements in benefits programs, recruitment efforts, and HR operations. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
