Zaniya Harrison is currently a Front Office Assistant at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has held various roles focused on education and mentorship, including Learning Communities Peer Mentor and Ignite Teaching Fellow with Teach For America. Zaniya has experience as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Collaborative, where an inclusive classroom culture was fostered for eighth-grade students. As a Dance Coach at KIPP New Jersey, Zaniya managed high school students and developed choreography for performances. Additional roles include completing a summer analyst fellowship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and serving as Program Manager Assistant at GlassRoots. Zaniya has a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Society from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is pursuing further education at Rutgers University - Newark.
