Ricardo Plaisir has extensive experience in education and customer support. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for the New Jersey Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists Inc. since August 2018, Ricardo fills in for lead teachers, implements lesson plans, and maintains student engagement. Previously, from October 2002 to March 2017, Ricardo held the position of Customer Support Supervisor at ConnectiveRx, where responsibilities included ensuring adequate phone coverage for the call center and training customer service representatives on new business protocols. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Atlantic Union College.
