Catherine Galioto-Galesky serves as a Paid Leave Advocate and Mentor for New Jersey Citizen Action since April 2023, following their selection in the 2023 class of Paid Leave Advocates. Additionally, Galioto-Galesky provides outreach for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program at Community Hope, continuing that role since October 2019. As the Founder of Full of Moxie Media Group, established in March 2018, Galioto-Galesky specializes in niche and local news, public relations, and social media management. Galioto-Galesky has also contributed as an Election Night Reporter for the Associated Press since August 2017, and engages in freelance writing, editing, and videography for various media outlets since January 2014. Previously, Galioto-Galesky held the position of Field Supervisor for the U.S. Census Bureau and worked as a Community Partner and Outreach Specialist at Prevention Resources. Earlier career milestones include serving as News Editor and Social Media Manager for Micromedia Publications and as Local Editor for AOL News: Patch. Galioto-Galesky earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Rutgers University, attending from 2005 to 2007.
