Kimberly Armenti has a diverse and extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Kimberly started their career in 1997 as an Income Development Director at the American Cancer Society. Kimberly then worked at KidsPeace as a Director of Development from 2000 to 2004. Afterwards, they served as the Foundation Director at Saint Clare's Health System from 2004 to 2012. Following that, they took on the role of Director of Development at Children's Specialized Hospital from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are the Vice President of Development and Communications at New Jersey Audubon, a position they have held since 2016.

Kimberly Armenti has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Rider University. Kimberly also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Management from Seton Hall University.
