Khaly Zira is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at New Incentives since February 2021, Khaly Zira has been instrumental in establishing HR systems to facilitate rapid staff expansion while enhancing HR policies and processes across recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, and benefits. Previously, Khaly Zira held positions including Deputy Human Resources Manager at Première Urgence Internationale and Human Resources Officer at the Danish Refugee Council, further contributing to staff development and HR operations. Earlier career roles include Human Resources and Payroll Assistant at International Rescue Committee and Human Resources and Payroll Officer at Niyyah Agro.
