Nicholas Lysik is a seasoned safety and operations professional with extensive experience in safety management and training across multiple industries. Currently serving as Safety Manager at New Hudson Facades since November 2018, Nicholas has previously held the position of Safety Director at J.E. Berkowitz, L.P., where responsibilities included designing OSHA-compliant safety training programs, developing emergency action plans, and effectively reducing incident rates. Prior experience includes managing operations at Tube City IMS, performing as an automotive technician at Rocco Automotive, and roles in production and customer service at W. L. Gore & Associates and the United States Postal Service. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College and an Associate degree in Automotive Technology from Delaware Technical & Community College.
