Stephen Tipper is a Clinical Fellow and Subject Matter Expert in Human Factors with the New Hospital Programme since November 2023, following a lengthy tenure at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust from September 2004 to November 2023, where roles included Human Factors Programme Manager, Resuscitation and Clinical Skills Practitioner, Clinical Skills and Simulation Technical Specialist, and Senior Theatre Practitioner. Notable achievements comprise developing a Human Factors training programme, executing a simulation facility project, and mentoring healthcare professionals. Academic experience includes serving as a Visiting Academic at the University of Warwick and a Lecturer and Course Leader at Coventry University. Stephen Tipper holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Ergonomics (Human Factors) and Organisational Behaviour from the University of Derby, a PGCert in Multidisciplinary Healthcare Simulation from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics from Coventry University.
