Robert Kuhlmann

Director, Sales Operations at New Horizons Learning Group

Robert Kuhlmann has over 25 years of experience in sales and operations management. Robert began their career in 1994 as a Business Development Representative for Merisel. Robert then moved to Xircom in 1995 as an Inside Sales Manager. In 1997, they joined Mitsubishi Electronics as Director of Inside Sales, responsible for Business Development, Channel Support, and Customer Care functions. In 1999, they joined EDS as Director of Business Development, followed by Alert Communications in 2003 in the same role. In 2004, they joined Telamon Corporation as Regional Vice President, leading the expansion of the CRM services division in the Western states. In 2005, they joined Image Direct as Vice President of Sales, responsible for direction and management of all sales operations. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at AdvancedSPS as a Senior Consultant. Finally, they joined New Horizons in 2012 and has since held the roles of Director of Sales Operations, Information Technology Operations Manager, IT Project Manager, Sales Manager, and Account Executive.

Robert Kuhlmann has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Robert also has experience studying Communications at the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition, they have several certifications, including Excel 2016/2019 - Data Analysis with PivotTables, Microsoft Power BI: Data Analysis Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP)Training, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration, and VMware Sales Professional. All of these certifications were obtained in September 2022, except for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which does not have an associated institution or date of completion.
