Corporate Float Chef at New Horizon Foods

Mark Wenzel has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Corporate Float Chef at New Horizon Foods, Inc. since March 2019, and as Head Chef at The Mermaid Event and Entertainment Center since 2016. In addition, Wenzel manages the kitchen at VFW Golden Valley and provides consulting services for a meal replacement business at Food Easy. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at VFW Golden Valley since 2013, a Banquet/Line Cook at Brunswick Zone for a brief period in 2013, and an Inside Sales Representative at U.S. Foods for nearly a decade. Early in their career, Wenzel was the Executive Chef at Giorgio's on Lake, overseeing daily operations and menu development. Wenzel studied Commercial Cooking and the Food Industry at St. Cloud Technical and Community College.
