Ken MacDonald possesses extensive experience in the culinary and food service industries. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at New Horizon Foods, Inc. since February 2023, Ken has also been the Owner of KJM Food Solutions since September 2011. Previous roles include Chef Manager at Broad Brook Brewing and Director of Dining Services at The Ivy At Ellington. Ken has experience in hospitality management and culinary leadership at organizations such as Unidine and Brookdale Buckingham. Ken is the former Owner of Pastry Strudel House, specializing in wholesale specialty desserts and the 'Ganache Premium Cakes and Confections' retail brand. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Kaplan University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu.
