Kylene Robles is a professional with a background in compliance operations and economic research. Currently serving as an MPL Compliance Operations Analyst at New Horizon Bank since April 2024, Kylene previously held positions as an Impact Intern at Virginia Community Capital from June 2022 to April 2023 and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Richmond, conducting research on the impact of economic inequality on poverty in OECD countries under the guidance of Dr. Andrea Waddle. Kylene also gained experience as a Financial Risk Intern at Virginia Community Capital from May 2021 to December 2021. Kylene earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics and Mathematics from the University of Richmond in 2023 and studied at the Prague University of Economics and Business from February to May 2022, following a high school education at Millburn High School from 2015 to 2019.
