Peter Kotce is a seasoned manufacturing professional with a diverse background in process engineering and manufacturing management. Currently serving as a Process and Manufacturing Consultant at New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. since September 2022, Peter brings extensive experience from previous roles including Owner of Kotce Manufacturing and Manufacturing Manager at both InSourceDMT and Kellogg's Research Labs. Peter also held positions as a CI Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at NHBB and DGF Industrial Innovations Group, respectively. Early career experiences as a CNC Machinist at W.H. Bagshaw and Symmetry Medical provided a solid foundation in CNC technology. Peter's educational background includes studies at Plymouth State University and ongoing education at Nashua Community College.
