Vicky Le has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vicky started their career as a Student Assistant at Johnson & Wales University in 2011. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Guest Service Representative at Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel. In 2015, they joined Wellspring Saigon International Bilingual School as an Academic Board Assistant cum Academic Executive. Vicky then transitioned to the mining industry and worked as a Junior Accountant at Copper Mountain Mining Corp from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at New Gold Inc. as a Junior Business Analyst, a role they assumed in April 2022. In January 2023, they were promoted to the position of Business Analyst.

Vicky Le completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree at Seattle Central College from 2008 to 2010. Vicky then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Hotel & Tourism Management at Johnson & Wales University from 2010 to 2013. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting from Thompson Rivers University between the years 2016 and 2018.
