Amos Gould

Amos Gould has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amos began their career in 2004 as a Civil Draftsman at Vector Engineering in Burnaby. In 2005, they joined Husky Energy as a Piping Designer/Draftsman, where they provided design and drafting support. After their role at Husky Energy, they worked briefly as a Draftsman at Forbes Industrial Contractors in Prince George. In 2013, they joined NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul as a Mechanical Rigging EIT, where they were responsible for completing lift studies for high-risk, mobile crane lifts. Amos also handled preliminary organization of major projects involving multiple lift plans. In 2016, Amos joined IKO Industries as a Reliability EIT and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are employed at New Gold Inc. as a Reliability Engineer and Innovation & Technology Business Analyst.

Amos Gould's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Amos also holds a certificate in Civil and Municipal Drafting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed from 2003 to 2004. Furthermore, their secondary education is from Kelly Road Secondary School, although specific dates or degrees attained are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Amos obtained the Level I Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) certification from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in September 2019.
