The Customer Service team at New Era Life Insurance Company is responsible for addressing policyholder inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with insurance and financial products. Led by the Vice President of Care and Financial Management, the team includes a Quality Assurance Coordinator who ensures service standards are met, a Supervisor who manages daily operations, and Customer Service Representatives who directly interact with customers to deliver outstanding support.
