Hui Cheng currently serves as Principal of Digital Health at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) since August 2024, following a tenure as Vice President at Town Hall Ventures from January 2021 to July 2024, where a focus was placed on early to mid-stage tech-enabled healthcare services investments. Prior experience includes a consultant role at Bain & Company from November 2016 to October 2020 in the private equity and growth equity practice, in addition to a brief secondment at Mobilize, a govtech startup, in 2018. Hui Cheng started the professional journey in public finance investment banking at Morgan Stanley in 2015 and contributed to the Council on Environmental Quality at The White House in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College and an international study program at UCL.
