Jolene Thomas currently serves as the Associate Director of Quality for NEB Lyophilization Sciences at New England Biolabs since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jolene held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Cignpost Diagnostics from September 2021 to May 2023. Experience also includes roles at Eurofins Forensic Services, where Jolene was both Covid Quality Manager and Forensic DNA Quality Manager from October 2017 to September 2021, as well as various positions at LGC Forensics, including Quality and H&S Manager and Senior Forensic DNA Analyst, from January 2008 to September 2021. Earlier work experience includes serving as Occupational Health Administrator at Foster Wheeler and Medical Secretary at Royal Berkshire Hospital. Jolene holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science from Teesside University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Reading.
