Sharyn Skrtic is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the International Accreditation Leader at the New England Association of Schools and Colleges since April 2023. Previously, Sharyn held roles such as Head of Learning (Deputy Principal & PYP Coordinator) at Kyoto International School and Lower School Assistant Principal / PYP Coordinator at the International School of Helsinki. Sharyn's extensive background includes positions at ISS International School, where Sharyn transitioned from Grade 3 PYP Teacher to Head of Elementary School and Assistant Principal. Earlier teaching experience includes roles at The ISF Academy, International School of Düsseldorf, and Immaculate Conception School. Sharyn's educational qualifications comprise a Certificate of International School Leadership from the Principals' Training Center, a Certificate in Special Needs from George Mason University, an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University, and multiple Bachelor's degrees from John Carroll University.
