Ashley Hill, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Affiliate at New Engen, Inc. since May 2024 and has been a Founding Partner and Senior Event Producer at Katash Events since January 2017. With extensive experience in affiliate marketing, Ashley held multiple roles at Assembly Global from January 2018 to April 2024, culminating in the position of Group Director, Affiliate. Previous positions include roles at Mercury Media, Social Discovery Ventures, Acceleration Partners, and Fidelity Biosciences, focusing on strategy, program management, and business development. Ashley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Saint Leo University.
