Sheryl Estella is a Program Consultant for New Energy Nexus in the Philippines. Sheryl has over three years of experience working in the startup ecosystem development, both in the Philippines and internationally. Sheryl has a deep understanding of the various elements that make up a successful startup ecosystem and has a proven track record in designing and conducting workshops, strategizing action plans, and conducting research and benchmarking analysis.

Dr. Sheryl Estella has a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Cebu Technological University, a Master of Arts in Information and Communications Technology from Southwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Cebu Institute of Technology. Sheryl also has a certification from EMC in Associate in Information Storage and Management.
