Helen Sharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in local government and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Ideas Alliance since July 2017 and co-founding Ideas Hub in April 2016, Helen has also established an independent consulting practice focused on outcomes-based commissioning and community engagement. With a background as an Associate at the New Economics Foundation, Helen has contributed to various projects aimed at fostering collaboration between communities and service providers. Previous roles include Commissioning Manager at the London Borough of Lambeth, Freelance Consultant at Anne Rathbone Associates, and various positions in homelessness support and addiction services. Helen holds a BSc Honours in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham and an A level in Psychology from Mathew Boulton College.
