Mitchell Rider is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Network Engineer at New Dominion Networks since May 2017, managing network and infrastructure equipment while providing support for 350 users' laptops. Prior to this role, Mitchell worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Pfizer and Estes Express Lines, where responsibilities included hardware and software support for various devices and managing Active Directory accounts. Additional experience includes a Computer Engineer position at IND Corporation, providing full IT support, and serving as a Computer Consultant at Virginia Tech, assisting students and staff with software issues. Mitchell’s background also includes experience as an EMT and Carpenter's Assistant, alongside degrees in Cloud Computing and Virtualization from ECPI University and Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
