Al Coviello has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Al started their career at Thetford Corporation, where they served as the General Manager of the Waste Treatment Products Division. Al then joined Kitchen Etc. as the CEO, President, COO, VP, and General Merchandise Manager. After leaving Kitchen Etc., they held the position of SVP and Chief Merchandising Officer at Lechters Inc. In 2002, they became the Retail Division President and General Merchandise Manager at World Kitchen Inc. and later held the same position at Lenox Inc. In 2007, they became the President and CEO of TADgreen Inc., successfully introducing chemical-free cleaning products to the US consumer market. Currently, they are the President of New Directions in Business LLC.

Al Coviello started their education in 1964 at the University of Connecticut, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Al completed their undergraduate studies in 1968. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1970 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Al specialized in Marketing/Entrepreneurialism and completed their MBA in 1972.
