Dhritiman Ray possesses extensive experience in environmental and social advisory roles, currently serving as a Short Term Consultant at both the New Development Bank (NDB) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) since March 2023 and August 2022, respectively. Prior roles include significant positions at ERM from March 2015 to May 2023, where Dhritiman progressed from Associate to Principal Consultant. Experience also includes a tenure at Arcadis from July 2006 to February 2015 in various managerial capacities, and roles at LEA Associates South Asia and Consulting Engineering Services India, starting with an Assistant Engineer position in December 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Gujarat University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
