Mitch Morgan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mitch started their career at IKON Office Solutions in 1996, where they worked as Vice President-Professional Services until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they were the Managing Director at CEO Focus. In 2006, Mitch became a Partner at Growth Achievement Partners, focusing on core and adjacent growth strategies for clients in the MSP sector. In 2020, they joined New Charter Technologies as CEO, where they are responsible for building a high-performance group of Managed Service Providers. Their role includes developing great people and serving clients in applying technology to help them achieve their business goals.

Mitch Morgan attended The University of Kansas from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Business Administration.
