Andrew Cummings has extensive experience at New Braunfels Utilities, where tenure began in May 2014. Current roles include Conservation and Customer Solutions Manager and previous positions held include Environmental Affairs Manager and Environmental Affairs Supervisor. Additionally, Andrew served as Resource Conservation Lead. Education was completed at San Antonio College.
