Kieren Gilbert currently serves as the Customer Success Lead at ZYMBIT since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles in medical sales at Inogen and as a Wireless Sales Consultant at Cellular Sales. Kieren has worked in various customer service positions, including as a Customer Service Specialist at Scalable Commerce and a Bartender/Brewer’s Assistant at Mornington Peninsula Brewery. Additional roles include a Recruitment Officer at the San Francisco Police Department and a Mental Competency Instructor at PSYCHWEST, CLINICAL AND FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY. Kieren holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Psychology from American University. Prior educational credentials include transfer studies focused on Criminal Justice/Psychology at Santa Barbara City College.
