As the Senior Vice President, Customer Service at New American Funding, Amy Dale oversees the company’s Corporate Customer Service department, a team of dedicated individuals who strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service in every interaction.
Under Amy’s leadership, the Customer Service team focuses on aiding our borrowers at every step of their mortgage journey, providing answers to any question and working to alleviate any concerns during the loan process.
Amy brings more than 15 years of experience to her role at New American Funding. She joined the company in 2012, and in the years since then, she has been instrumental in establishing our Corporate Customer Service Department.
Amy and her team are committed to providing an excellent Customer Service experience for our customers and work diligently to continually improve upon the high standards the team has established with years of quality service.
