Currently serving as the Snow Sales Manager at Never Summer Ind., Inc. since January 2008, Mike previously owned and operated Mike Gagliardi Rocky Mtn Sales LLC from 1994 to 2008, representing prominent brands in the snowboard industry. Earlier in their career, Mike was the Insurance Division Manager at The Esquire Staffing Group from 1983 to 1991, overseeing a team of recruiters. Mike Gagliardi earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College between 1977 and 1981.
